The word “Kaizen”

The Japanese word “Kaizen” implies an approach to creating continuous improvement based on the idea that small, ongoing positive changes can reap major improvements. Kaizen is often applied in the manufacturing sector.

A Path to Happiness and Joy

In “Kaizen Living”, the concept is applied to healthy living leading to a path to happiness and joy. It is about taking the small steps leading to big changes. The barriers to change in our lives often feel too large to overcome. We try to overcome our habits and self-doubt in one big effort but when we fail, we only become discouraged.

Kaizen Living Classes

The Kaizen Living classes meet monthly and are currently online. The classes are free. Donations to the Spiritual Life Foundation are welcome! Sign up for notifications for upcoming classes and for the online links.

The path to real change

The path to real change usually occurs in small steps, in an ebb and flow process and with the encouragement from others. Kaizen Living is about taking small steps towards a healthy and happy lifestyle. It is about discovering and learning about advances in health sciences. It is about encouraging one another to follow our own individual paths - picking each other up when we stumble and cheering one another as we progress.
